On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a 1.80m double bed with an en-suite bathroom and a Canarian balcony with sea views, TV, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a 1.50m double bed with an en-suite toilet, while the third offers two 90cm single beds, a Canarian balcony with sea views, and air conditioning. There are three bathrooms on this floor, two complete with a shower and one with a toilet. On the upper floor, only accessible by a spiral staircase from the living room, there is another bedroom with a 1.80m bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The villa has all the amenities for pleasant days in Puerto del Carmen. Climbing the private staircase, you enter the hall and a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a typical Canarian balcony. How to get there
To get to Villa Santa Rosa La Peñita from Lanzarote airport, you can rent a car at the airport and follow the LZ-2 towards Puerto del Carmen, then take the LZ-40 and finally Avenida de las Playas. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. You can also choose to go by taxi or bus, taking line 161 to Puerto del Carmen and getting off at the stop closest to the villa. Nearby beaches, such as Playa de Los Pocillos and Playa Grande, are perfect for enjoying the sun and practicing water sports like diving, snorkeling, surfing, and windsurfing. Families can enjoy a visit to Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park or Aqua Park Costa Teguise. Golf enthusiasts will find Lanzarote Golf, an 18-hole course with sea views. At night, Puerto del Carmen offers a lively nightlife with numerous bars and clubs.
